I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location is pretty great, offering beautiful views and being just a quick shuttle ride to the Santa Fe Plaza. However, I was a bit disappointed with the rooms, as they felt like they could use a thorough cleaning and overall upkeep. The dining options were limited, which didn't add to the experience either.
